I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2010. In addition, I have been involved in direct social service work since 1994, both as a professional and as a volunteer. I have worked in a variety of settings, including hospitals, public and private schools, crisis call centers, community-based health agencies, home visits, and of course my private practice.
My approach to supervision is based on my extensive professional and personal experience – it is strengths-based and reflective, rooted in the theories of critical social work practice (anti-oppression/multi-culturalism). My style is warm and encouraging, honoring the inner wisdom you bring to your clinical work. My psychotherapeutic orientation is eclectic and integrative, drawing mainly from Humanistic/Narrative/Psychodynamic orientations and using embodied techniques like drama therapy. I have been certified to assist supervisees through the licensure process.
My supervision rates are based on level of clinical involvement and as well as on the supervisee’s ability to pay. Please see my Fees and Services page for more information about the services I offer.
